Joel Wood (Director)
Prior to commencing Insite Property Consultants, Joel worked for private developers and has experience with the full project lifecycle having been part of delivering over $700m in projects over 14 years with a large concentration of projects in the north west growth centre of Sydney covering both commercial and residential projects.

Since commencing Insite Property in early 2020, Joel has taken on a wide range of projects covering land subdivisions, dual occupancies, town house and apartment projects around greater Sydney, Central Coast and as far as Port Macquarie with a combined project value in excess of $400m. Joel takes on each project as if it were his own, always looking for the best outcome and driving the consultant team to achieve the best result possible for the stakeholders.
Who do we Partner with?
Private land owners
Some of our clients own land that has been in their family for many years. With recent land rezoning they are now looking to maximise the value by lodging a Development Application on the land to maximise the land value before taking it to market.

Private Investors
Some of our clients have purchased development sites with the ambition of developing the site but need someone to partner with them to guide them on the journey. We are also able to assist them with project funding so they can see the project through.

Private Developers
We work with Developers who don't have the team in place to deliver certain projects or simply have too much on. We partner with those developers and manage the delivery of their projects as part of their team. Sometimes it makes more financial sense to outsource the Development Management on a project by project basis to ease the pressure of having to keep bringing in new projects to service existing staffing levels.
