We offer integrated development management consultancy services to manage the full life cycle delivery of projects together with specialist consultants and contractors. We can manage every facet of the project from site acquisition, concept design, DA design, CC design, construction tendering, construction delivery and finalisation. We can also provide input into the sales and marketing strategy for the project which may include managing the Project Marketing team.

Feasibility Analysis
It's important to know what the project financials should look like at the end of the project before you get started. We will develop the project budgets and collate all essential project inputs into a feasibility model which includes a review of alternate development concepts and product mixes to assess the project's viability by understanding the sites highest and best use.

We also offer site acquisition due diligence where we can provide advice on the target site or act as a peer review for your own internal or external feasibility model prior to moving into an unconditional contract.
Project Management
We focus on low to medium density residential projects including standalone bespoke homes and Dual Occupancies that require a project manager to assist the Developer or Homeowner see their project completed on time and on budget. Having an independent project manager allows you to enjoy the build process and not be caught up in contract administration. Allow Insite Property to be your site representative and manage the builder on your behalf.

We can be brought on at tender stage to prepare and manage the tender process and provide a good overview of the tenderers price and capabilities. We partner with you in assessing the tender's in order to make the right selection. It's not always the cheapest price that gets the best result, it's important to look at the bigger picture when selecting the right builder for your project.

Once the project is ready for construction we bring the whole process together including engaging the Certifier and other Design Consultants in order to obtain the Construction Certificate, work with your appointed lawyer to prepare and issue the construction contract that is tailored to suit your project requirements and then see works commence on site and manage the builder to the end.
